UPDATE: I was able to find the marinade mentioned below for the steak at Meijer. It is made by Lawry's/Adolph's and is called Marinade in Minutes. There are different flavors but I buy the Original Meat Tenderizing Marinade. Today (4/30) I was able to find some at 40% off b/c they'll be expiring soon for $.95.

Well, it looks like Meijer is having sales on their own store brand stuff this week so I have no good coupons to share to go with the sales.
I'm not sure how long this will last--they had these same prices last week and it says that we can count on them this week and the next and the next...I'm pretty excited that it sounds like milk is going to be staying at $1.98 a gallon. Other prices they say to count on are split top bread, Dole Classic Iceberg salad bag, whole chicken (per pound) and eggs for $.98 each.
Here are some sales to look for (all Meijer brand):
Mac & Cheese $.40 each
Refrigerated crescent rolls, cinnamon rolls and pizza crust $1.00
Chunk cheese 16 oz. $2.99
Hot dog & Hamburger buns $.99
2# bag cereal $2.67
Frozen self rising or crispy thin crust pizza $3.33
Boneless skinless chicken breast (family pack) $1.79/#
Boneless Chuckeye Steaks $1.99/#
These aren't the best quality steaks in the world but they can be quite tasty with a tenderizing marinade, cooked on the grill...and don't forget the A1 sauce!!! I don't remember the brand name of the marinade off the top of my head but you can find it in the meat area at Meijer. It is in a yellow packet.
You can find the rest of the sales at www.meijer.com.
Hey Shelly! The Today show had some sites out there with coupons for free stuff and great deals...you can check their website for different sites, but one I looked at that looked cool was www.spoofee.com
