I found this to be a good book...some very good tips on saving money at the grocery store and in other areas as well. It also gives tips in being more organized with storing all of your cheap grocery finds, preparing quick & easy meals, freezing meals and much more! I think this would be an especially good read for those just starting out with wanting to save money at the grocery store.
