Homemade Shake & Bake

I was planning to make pork chops for dinner tonight with the pork loin roast that I bought at Meijer this week. My favorite way to make pork chops is to coat them with Shake & Bake but I had none. I decided to look online for a recipe and see what I could put together with stuff I had on hand.

This is what I mixed together:

1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/8 c. flour
1/2 T. seasoning salt
1/4 T. poultry seasoning
1/4 T. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 T. onion powder

I made 6 pork chops and there was quite a bit leftover; so I think it would probably coat 8-10 chops easily.

They turned out really good!

*This is something that you can make ahead of time in larger quantities and store in an air tight container for when you need it.
