Hey Shelly! Thanks for all the info you get out via your blog! It's great stuff! We had super doubles at Harris Teeter this last week and I got 3lbs of ground chicken for $1.50!!! Do you have any recipes using ground chicken specifically?

Hey Bethany! You are very welcome! I had seen on some other blogs that HT was doing super doubles again...made me think of you! :) I have never bought ground chicken before...so I don't have recipes. Sorry! Have you tried www.allrecipes.com? Could you substitute it in recipes that call for a different meat...providing it's a good fit for a particular recipe.
