Tonight I contacted the Circulation Manager about there not being coupons in The Blade the last couple of weeks. I have not bought extra coupons the past couple of weeks but I have had many people contact me regarding this issue.
This is the response I received:
Dear Shelly,
Thanks for the inquiry. We have had an increase in our subscriptions this month and we have notified the advertisers that we need additional copies for the rest of the sth quarter. If you have purchased a copy and did not receive a complete paper we will deliver the coupons to you on Monday if you desire. We can also send you a refund if you purchased an incomplete paper.
