*Here is a previous post with ideas for this meat. You can also cut it up and it works GREAT for pork chops!! I've always cut them into chops by myself but I've read where you can take it to the butcher in Meijer and they will cut it into chops for you. I've not tried it because I think it's often quicker just to do it myself rather than waiting in line at the meat counter.
